Dr. Selkin Donates Lasik Procedure To The North Charlotte Lions Club Lions Fest 2005 The Lions Fest 2005 will include the silent auction of a Surgery Procedure. Dr. Selkin, of Selkin Laser Center, is donating the Procedure, pre- and post-procedure appointments and treatment, to the North Charlotte Lions Club. Dr. Selkin, winner of the Neil Hellman Award for commitment to humanistic values, has performed nearly 50,000 laser vision corrections. Community focus is one of Dr. Selkin's priorities. "With the proceeds from the Procedure Auction, the Lions can fund their programs such as matching used glasses frames and lenses and donating them to those who need them," explains Dr. Selkin.
