So what is “wellness”?

Even though a common question it is really hard to give a definitive answer. Wellness sums up many different thinks such as exercise, healthy eating, personal development, travel and nutritional supplements to name a few.

I would like to share with you the importance of hydration that will help you insure maximum health and wellness. You must drink eight to ten glasses of water a day. I know you have heard this time and time again. I understand completely! I know how difficult it is to drink all that water in one day. Then start all over again the next morning.
